Job Description
Administrative duties including:
- Answering sales calls
- Processing sales orders
- Processing quotations
- Processing purchase orders
- Organising shipments of goods
- Filing photocopying mail stocktaking
- Assisting with health and safety paperwork assisting with iso (quality system) paperwork any other administrative tasks
Personal Qualities :
Should be flexible as this role will require working in all company departments, reliable, diligent and willing to learn.
