- Open the mail and distribute it
- Process cheques received in the post, enter in the diary, check CRM, enter in paying in book
- Emails
- Franking, add funds
- Process stationery orders from the depots
- Send letters
Personal Qualities :
- Self motivated
- Willingness to undertake training
- Keyboard skills
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
