Customer Service Apprenticeship

Long-standing Print Company in North London is currently seeking an Apprentice for their administration/accounts department. This will involve answering the phone, dealing with queries, filing, etc. with an opportunity to learn about the printing side of the business and then develop into more of a sales role selling print.This is very much a customer facing role so you will need to be an excellent communicator with good IT skills. You will also complete (in the workplace) a BTEC Level 2 in customer service. Ideally suited to a recent school/college leaver with GCSE Grades A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English. This is an excellent opportunity to train and earn in a government funded apprenticeship.
