Job Description

Baltic Training Services are excited to be working with Guest Services Worldwide to recruit for an IT Support Apprentice to join their team.



Guest Services Worldwide has produced and supplied high-quality publications for the hotel & leisure industry for over 25 years. Current satisfied customers include world renowned brands such as The Ritz Carlton, Trump International, Starwood Hotels, Four Seasons & Shangri La. They provide complimentary marketing tools that include guest maps, hotel branded APP content and a range of bespoke products that are built and designed to suit their needs. These bespoke products range from Apps to Wedding and Spa Brochures and Digital Maps.



The company are looking for polite and eager to learn individuals who have a passion for all things IT.

Duties

You will be working alongside existing staff and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties:




  • Supporting the IT infrastructure

  • Troubleshooting issues

  • Printer setups

  • Basic networking

  • Setting up new users

Skills Required :

  • Knowledge of computer setups

  • Troubleshooting knowledge

  • Knowledge of Operating Systems

Future Prospects : Upon completion of the 12 month programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto our level 4 programme and take your training even further.
