Job Description
Assisting the head of accounts with banking, book keeping and general accounts duties.
Assisting with ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met in line with SAR, including review of static client balances and ensuring treatment is in line with Solicitors’ Accounts rules.
Assisting in improvements to internal finance procedures & analysis. Maintaining ongoing analysis of profitability and seek improvements where necessary. Providing relevant analysis and reports as directed.
Monitoring cash flow and client and office balances.
Personal Qualities :
A confident person who is happy working independently and in a team. Must have a good eye for detail and be thorough in their approach. Someone who is willing to get stuck in and become part of this forward-thinking and expanding legal firm.
Skills Required :
Accounts – solicitors accounts rules knowledge preferred.
Some general office experience preferred
Future Prospects : Permanent position is expected
