Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global organisation in a key role in a newly formed department, supporting the quality administration of Apprenticeship programmes.This role would suit someone with a Further Education background, or a background working within a SFA funded training provider. You will be working closely with various teams including HR Services and the wider Apprenticeship team to support the administration for the company's apprentices and perform compliance activities required by government bodies.An outstanding salary and benefits package is offered, along with opportunities to take part in award winning training programmes and career development, as well as support for community involvement and personal goals.Key responsibilities will include:*Compile, maintain and validate apprenticeship evidence to ensure eligibility, completeness and quality of information*Accurate entry of all data onto management information systems*Regular data and system audits to ensure integrity and accuracy*Produce reports and analyse data to help inform business decisions*Work to key operational deadlines, KPIs and SLAs*Respond to escalated user enquiries/problems on a timely basis*Build and maintain effective operational relationships*Identify process improvements and drive changeAccuracy is paramount and the ability to analyse complex data sets and manage time effectively are significant attributes for this role.If you need to receive this information in an alternative format, please contact Equal Approach and we will take reasonable steps to arrange this for you.
