Operational Training Administrator ApprenticeshipBirminghamOur Human Resources Department supports and increases the implementation of Kuehne + Nagel's business strategy. Our mission is to initiate and to manage an ongoing process of change on all levels of our organization and to create value and competitive advantages for our customers.Your tasks and responsibilitiesThe individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the UK Training Team to aid in the delivery of all training activities.Your tasks and responsibilities * Administration of central training events * Create Training events on LMS and ensure all pre course administration is delivered on time * Creation of delegate attendance lists * Booking of appropriate rooms and trainers * Preparation of training materials, including certificates * Recording of delegate attendance * Completion of course feedback * Administration of all cross charges within the department including external providers * Set up and maintain various databases - Practical Trainers, Mentors and External providers etc. * Support the Training Needs Analysis process by providing required data on training demands and then support the Training Manager in scheduling the required training offering * Maintain a full list of training resources (exercises, games etc.) * Co-ordination of workshops delivered by external providers as identified by Training Needs Analysis. * Cover for other POD Administrators during holidays and absence * Provide general administrative support to the training teamYour skills and experience * This is a 12 month Apprentice Programme * 5 G.C.S.E's Grade C or above including Maths & English or equivalent * Good communication skills, written and oral * Excellent Time Management skills * High accuracy and attention to detail * Proven ability to work well as part of a teamWith over 70,000 employees at some 1,200 locations in over 100 countries, the Kuehne + Nagel Group is one of the world's leading logistics companies.
