We predominantly supply kitchen and bathroom furniture into the new build and affordable housing sector but we also have a number of retail brands, which are sold in independent retailers throughout the UK. In addition, we manufacture furniture for builders' merchants, large DIY stores and most recently have launched our Moores Direct brand, which sells directly to individual customers.An exciting new opportunity has arisen within Moores based near Wetherby within our Retail Clearance Store.The purpose of the role is to support the Clearance Store Manager in serving customers, maintaining merchandising standards, receiving and dispatching orders, cleaning site, calling potential customers, closing sales and taking payment and being an ambassador for Moores.Your key responsibilities:- Deliver sales and margin budget Providing highest level of customer service Merchandising of the store to maximise sales Telemarketing Stock control Cash control Receiving and dispatching deliveries Ensure H&S procedures are adhered to Ensure Policies and Procedures are adhered to Minimise shrinkage Site standards maintainedThe ideal candidate will have knowledge of/be:- Standard Operating Procedures, Resources IT etc 2+ years of retail/trade experienceHours of work:Part Time 3 days per week*(Rota Three days during the week depending on business needs 10am to 5 pm).*The role would also involve covering holidays and absencesBenefits 75% Staff Discount, Company Pension, 33 days Holiday (including bank hols), Free Parking, Onsite Canteens, Rewards & Recognition Scheme, Free Health Clinics
