I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant to work on a part time basis, starting asap working for a large organisation based in the West of Edinburgh. Working hours are to be confirmed.Some of the duties include:* Maintain effective routines/systems for dealing with the maintenance of fixtures, fittings and other building equipment.* Reception duties* Look after security for the building* Dealing with hospitality services* Ensure all office equipment is in full working order at all times, (e.g. photocopiers, fax machines, etc).* Answer any queries from customers* Deal with all outbound mail and courier items and documentation* Carry out regular fire alarm testing and evacuation drills (with Manager)* Assist with internal moves/equipment relocation, etc between sites as requiredWe are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:* Facilities Experience is essential* Customer service experience and focus* Good telephone manner* Full driving licence is essential* Good keyboard skills with sound knowledge/experience of Excel, Word and EmailIf you are looking for a part time role and have the skills above, then please apply!Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
