This is an opportunity for a self motivated, confident and dynamic individual to join an established Administration and Customer Service department. This Consett based company are now looking to grow their team by offering an opportunity for an apprentice to support within the busy office. The company will provide the support to gain experience in a range of tasks and offer the chance for you to grow and develop within the team.
Your roles and responsibilities would include;
- Assist in a wide range of administration duties
- Maintain documentation filing systems within the department
- Maintain good housekeeping within the main office
- Bring new ideas and approaches with an open mind
- Maintain confidentiality and security at all times
- Support the sales team and respond to customer enquiries
- Any other duties are required and suitable to the role

- Proactive in work and willing to learn
- Able to work on own initiative
- Work well as part of a team
Skills Required :
- Motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Good Timekeeping and punctuality
Future Prospects : This opportunity could lead to possible progression onto a Level 3 qualification or the offer of a full time contract upon successful completion of the Level 2 programme.
