Bluebird care are looking to recruit a friendly apprentice to join their team as an Apprentice Business Administrator. This position will be working in their site in Medway.

You will be working towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and your training will be provided by Lifetime Training.
As part of the job role you will be required to work on reception.
Duties include;
Meeting and greeting clients and carers
Photocopying and filing
Answering telephone calls and directing to correct department or taking messages.
There will be other general office duties including providing administrative support for various team members; this will include data input in addition to producing letters and reports.
You must have a good working attitude and excellent communication skills.
You will be trained up on all of the key skills that are required to provide the best possible service to all who need it.
Future prospects are good after the apprenticeship as the company grows.
