No matter where our clients are in their sales process, we can intervene at any point and help them step change their operation whilst ultimately increasing revenue and bottom line profits.Due to our continued success on a global scale, durhamlane require an ambitious, driven and pro-active Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join the recruitment arm of the business. We have a young, energetic and dynamic team.The RoleThe successful candidate will join our dedicated recruitment team to promote durhamlanes unique Sales Graduate Programme in the UK. The programme is designed to match the best young talent with ambitious businesses and support their progress with 12 months training.Managing the full sales cycle you will introduce and demonstrate our sales recruitment capabilities to new prospective clients, whilst building a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunity. You may also be required to lead the sale through presentation, to negotiation and ultimately close. Reporting directly to the Sales Recruitment Manager you will receive ongoing training along with both email marketing and pre-sales support to help you succeed in this role.The CandidateYou will be a confident and committed individual with passion, desire and drive to succeed whilst building a career for the future. Having recruitment experience; developing new business or in a resourcing/candidate focused role would be ideal.
