Job Description
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person who has good organisation, administrative and communication skills.
The role involves undertaking various marketing and administrative support tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administration assistance in the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Administration assistance in the planning and operations of events
- Administration duties, including updating and maintenance of databases to maintain accurate records
This position requires the ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative, agree and meet deadlines.
As an apprentice, you would be expected to integrate your working experience with your studies which we will support to achieve a NVQ at level 2 in Business Administration.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable in work style and supportive to colleagues and peers
Skills Required :
- Good IT skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel).
- An aptitude for learning new, IT packages (training will be given for specialist packages).
- Good communication skills, able to liaise confidently and sensitively with a wide range of contacts.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and deliver to timescales.
Future Prospects : Upon successful completion of your Apprenticeship you will normally be appointed to a suitable role for the permanent appointment.
