Job Description
Duties will include:
- Respond in a timely fashion to all assigned helpdesk requests.
- Install software and hardware as directed.
- Provide assistance to staff and pupils in IT lessons.
- Maintain and repair equipment when practical to do so.
- Assist with e-mail, internet access, cloud-based services and installed applications as required.
- Assist and shadow the IT Manager when needed.

- Enthusiasm for IT and is keen to learn and build on experience.
Skills Required :
- Shows initiative.
- Works well in a team.
- Organised.
- Has a natural aptitude for technical problem solving.
