Job Description
Duties include:
- First point of contact for inbound telephone calls
- Passing on accurate messages in a timely manner
- Supporting the recruitment consultants and management with the day to day admin
- Adding accurate information to RSS (online database)
- Researching candidates and companies as required and adding the information to RSS
- Managing the online diary
- Resourcing candidates via social media, archive and following leads
- Referencing candidates and gaining sales leads and logging all information
- Handling minor customer services problems
- Building long term relationships with candidates and clients
- Developing an in depth understanding of the recruitment industry
