About the role:
- To assist in the operation of the store by greeting every customer, answering their queries, and completing all associated administrative duties.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by selling customers the products that best meet their needs, converting undecided browsers into loyal Specsavers customers.
Your objectives:
- Provide customers with the highest quality of customer service to Specsavers standards.
- Maintain a clean and tidy front of store in line with Specsavers retail standards.
- Actively seek to improve your own skills and product knowledge.
- Achieve excellent Mystery Shopper scores.
- Carry out all basic till transactions and customer paperwork correctly.
- Deal with booking enquiries and telephone queries.
- Follow NHS guidelines at all times.
- Effectively inform customers about all Specsavers products and offers.
- Meet and exceed all personal and team goals.
- Be an ambassador for the Specsavers brand at all times.
