Job Description
The post will support the adoption and fostering teams by assisting with the following duties:
- Records management
- Meeting administration
- Financial transactions
- Input of information to the Case Management System
- Manage customer contacts; effective message-taking, liaising with service users and other professionals on behalf of practitioners
- To provide high quality administrative support including word processing of correspondence, reports, presentation materials and spreadsheets
- Arranging training
Personal Qualities :
- Ability to communicate with others in a range of media e.g. telephone, face to face and email in order to give and receive information accurately
- Eligible for funding to undertake an apprenticeship framework or standard (eligibility is based on qualification/skills already attained
Skills Required :
- Demonstrates ability to work on own initiative and work effectively as part of a wider team
- Ability to organise own allocated workload with line management support to deliver targets and deadlines
Future Prospects : To Achieve a NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
