Job Description

We are Fairbank Partners. From a standing start, we have become one of the UK’s leading specialist actuarial recruitment consultancies. We have grown quickly in the last 12 months and are looking to double in size in 2017. What does this mean for you? We believe that our growth plans present the most exciting graduate opportunity in the recruitment industry in London today.

So what are we looking for? You will be a bright, young and tenacious graduate motivated by financial rewards but also looking for a long term career where you will be able to shape your own future. You need to be determined, resilient, highly spirited and ambitious to succeed. This takes time – those looking for quick wins and instant gratification should look elsewhere - our focus is building your skills and knowledge and providing you with the opportunity to grow with us and reap the rewards that go with that. Our standards are incredibly high and our success justifies this.

You will be joining a close knit, passionate team with a strong work ethic who aren’t afraid of a little friendly competition. Training will be fully supported by senior management, a bespoke training programme and your colleagues. You will receive a competitive basic salary with fantastic on target earnings and the potential to earn equity in our business. Other incentives are on offer throughout the year including bi annual targets for trips away which in the past have included skiing, Puerto Banús and Las Vegas.

Upon application, please include all GCSE/A level grades broken down by subject
