A growing company is looking for an apprentice who has the ability to handle a varied and busy workload.
Duties include:
- Deal with client and colleague queries.
- Work closely with the recruitment department and keep up to date records.
- Answer and refer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide admin support to all staff as directed by the line manager.
- Keeping in line with confidentiality.
- Effectively manage own time, workload and resources.
Personal Qualities :
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident and good work ethic.
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and copy typing skills.
- Ability to work confidentially.
- Ability to remain focused and excellent attention to details.
- Good communicating skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Good written English.
Future Prospects : A full time position will be made available at the end of the apprenticeship.
