Job Description
- Receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
- Providing general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
- Working both independently and within the practice team to promote a positive client focused service.
- Supporting medical/nursing staff and visiting practitioners in the performance of their roles.
- Organising daily workload to affect smooth running of appointment system and practice diary.
- Maintaining well-ordered client medical records.
- Communicating with all staff and customers to ensure effective client care outcomes.
- Inputting data on computer as required to ensure that patient information is kept updated

- Willing to learn and take instructions. Don't see criticism as a negative, take it as a learning experience
