Job Description
Key duties will include:
- General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying
- Answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries
- Collect the post daily and distribute accordingly
- Liaise with clients/customers and demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Fill in identification forms for clients
- Offer any assistance to other team members in busy periods
This role is a general all-round office apprentice role that will expose the chosen candidate to all areas of a business, therefore flexibility is key. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, bubbly and keen to get stuck in.
