Responsibilities included in this role:

* Maintenance of a safe, hygienic and secure working environment

* Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation

* Work within a busy kitchen environment producing high quality food at a fast pace

* Deliver our menus and broaden your cooking skills using both fresh and pre-prepared ingredients to produce a range of signature dishes

* Develop your food production skills through learning how to produce a range of meat and vegetable-based dishes

* Understand how to store, prepare and cook food safely so that you can play your part in maintaining the kitchen teams high standards

* Understand how to ensure that all our menu items are always presented in the brand standard way

* Spot potential hazards in the workplace and make sure that you are always supporting a safe and hygienic environment

* Know how to get the most from being a valuable part of the Team and develop strong working relationships with your colleagues
