Job Description
Main Duties
- To be the first point of contact for our customers after an order has been taken, providing excellent service at all times.
- Placing orders with the relevant suppliers
- Keeping customers informed on a regular basis of the progress of their order.
- Day to day customer management which involves providing solutions for repairs and/or deliveries.
- Providing a high standard of service both internally and externally, working closely with customers, suppliers and the company management
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with the customer service level agreements.
- Collating and recording accurate information on our internal systems.
- Deal with urgent client queries or complaints effectively.
- Working closely with suppliers to effect timely supply of goods and subsequently working closely with our delivery companies so that effective supply is provided to our customers

Skills Required :
- Excellent customer service skills – customer focused with the ability to manage customer relationships, understanding the customer’s needs and delivering an individual tailored service.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and good multitasking skills.
- Good Memory and attention to detail is essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential both orally and written. Able to communicate at all levels both face to face, over the telephone and via e-mail.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating workload.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative.
- Experience of working within a fast moving business is desirable
Future Prospects : Possibility of a permanent position after completion of an apprenticeship.
