- To act as a key person to a group of children.
- To establish relationships with both child and parents.
- Do regular observations to inform the next steps in the childs learning and development.
- Write progress reports every six months and communicate these with the parents.

- Experience of working in a childcare setting.
Future Prospects : On completion of the 12 month apprenticeship program, depending on performance, you may be offered a full time position.
