Job Description
Main role/responsibilities:
- To take DX to the collection point and to post mail.
- To ensure that all Court files are ready for Court the night before.
- To make hand deliveries and collections as requested within and outside the office.
- To answer telephones and enquiries at reception, if so instructed.
- To retrieve files from the cabinets and the Archive when requested.
- To ensure all files for appointments are available and undertake administrative tasks on files, supervised by the relevant secretary.
- To undertake cleaning and tidying duties as instructed.
- To maintain and update all manuals with the relevant new inserts.
- To photocopy as instructed.
- To maintain records concerning all recorded deliveries and hand deliveries.
- To maintain a complete a set of Legal Aid Agency forms and Court forms.
- You are accountable to the Receptionist, the Office Manager/COLP and the Directors.
