Job Description
The post holder will be required to support both the Sales Support and Agent Support sides of the department.
Main role/ responsibilities
- To assist the Sales Support Manager to provide full administrative support to the sales team, responsibilities to include:Client Visits & Familiarisation Trips
- Arrange inbound client (agent) visits to our colleges and centres
- Arrange travel and accommodation for agent visits as requested
- Provide administrative support in the organisation of familiarisation trips
- Inductions
- Organise induction schedules for new members of the Sales and Marketing team.
- Internal Meetings & Conferences
- Provide administrative support in the organisation of sales conferences in the UK and overseas
- Marketing Distribution
- Maintain the marketing materials website, ensuring it is up-to-date with current marketing collateral
- Co-ordinate the distribution and delivery of marketing collateral to overseas events and to agents, including liaising with our warehouse
- Co-ordinate mail-outs of new marketing materials to agents (in liaison with the marketing team)
- Agent Support
- Assisting with the contracting of Agents and responding to queries regarding the contracting process
- Maintaining the agent database to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Assisting with other Agent Support duties as required
- Office Administration
- Support the Sales Support and Sales team in all aspect of administration
- Assist the Sales Support Manager
- Assist the Sales team with any IT issues
- Provide general support to the sales team as required
