Job Description
- Drive safe culture – ensure all projects incorporate health and safety.
- To maintain a proactive approach to safety, quality and hygiene to ensure standards are maintained and improved.
- Work with all site teams ensuring health and safety is given the appropriate priority.
- To assist Engineers to maximise the uptime of production machinery and assist in meeting the agreed production plan for the shift.
- Work with the Engineering Manager, and the Site Engineers to develop skills and knowledge in all areas of Engineering and identify improvements that may be beneficial to the site.
- Gain practical experience in all areas of the operation from working with a mentor and management sponsor.
- Develop Engineering key skills throughout the entire apprenticeship both in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.
- Attend a recognised Technical College on a day release programme or as required.
