Job Description
The successful candidate will be assisting to make sure that the general office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will carry out a variety of duties such as covering reception, answering the telephone and taking messages, meeting and greeting clients as they come into the office in a friendly and professional manner.
You will also be supporting the team with general administrative duties including, incoming and outgoing post, typing up documents and correspondence from draft, and helping with some marketing administration. You will also be responsible for other duties such as working with client’s files, newsletters. You will be supervised throughout your learning process by an experienced member of staff who will assist and advise you of all your duties for this position.
Personal Qualities :
To succeed in this role you will need to be very down to earth by nature and a hard working team player. You will be given full training but you will need a degree of confidence and the ability to use your initiative when required.
Skills Required :
- The successful applicant must be comfortable working in a male orientated environment.
- Also they must have good ICT skills along with excellent attention to detail.
- They should have good customer service skills and will be able to think outside the box.
Future Prospects : You will have the opportunity to progress within the company and go on to do your Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
