Job Description
Duties/responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Secretarial team including typing, scanning and filing.
- Arrange meetings.
- Assist in maintaining the client database.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Answer the telephone.
- Mail merge.
- Invoicing.
- Reception cover including setting up/clearing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, booking couriers.
- Any other ad hoc duties that are required.

Skills Required :
Essential:
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Proven organisational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Desirable:
- Work experience in office
