Job Description
You will be partly responsible for handling the day-to-day client enquiries, dealing with a range of calls, including some complaints and you will have an excellent telephone manner.
A normal day could include:
- Communicating effectively with all key stakeholders both internally and externally to maintain positive supplier and client relationships
- Consistently offering excellent customer service to all our clients
- Dealing with client interpretation requests and coordinating freelance interpreters
- Dealing with client enquiries – everything from initial contact and follow ups to complains
- Completing your tasks within the required timescales
- Dealing with face-to-face interpreter bookings from start to finish.
