Job Description
The role will focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service to distributors, end users and internal customers of RPC BPI Recycled Products.
It will involve on a daily basis:
- Processing customer orders and new enquiries and quotes including technical advice
- Dealing with customer order queries
- Promotion of products and services
- Data maintenance
You’ll gain diverse skills such as team working, dealing with conflict, commerciality, organisation, communication
Understanding the business – brand promise, core values and internal policies and procedures
Understanding your role and responsibilities
Developing an awareness of the customer journey and building an empathetic customer service approach
Carrying out such tasks and duties as directed by the Departmental Manager / Supervisor

Skills Required :
- Team player
- Good communication skills via telephone, email and face to face
- Customer service experience would be an advantage
- Accurate
- Computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
