Job Description
You will assist our existing chefs to prepare and deliver consistent high quality food from our modern, well equipped kitchen. You will be responsible to the head chef, and as your skills increase, take charge of a section, i.e starters, desserts etc.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Food preparation.
- Kitchen hygiene.
- Record keeping.
- Stock ordering.
- Menu development.
Personal Qualities :
- Outgoing personality.
- Confident.
- Willingness to learn.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication.
- Basic knife skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
Future Prospects : In time, the right candidate can become an equal member of the kitchen team, hopefully allowing us to extend our catering hours.
