Job Description
This well-established accountancy business is looking to recruit for an apprentice to become part of the office support team. The business is heavily focused on customer service and giving their customers the correct support and advice.
The successful candidate will become part of the existing office team and complete duties comprising of both customer service and business administration. These tasks will include:
- Meet and greet customers and visitors.
- Preparing drinks for visitors.
- Informing colleagues of appointment arrivals.
- Completing outbound calls to customers.
- Send and receive emails.
- Completing various letters and sending to customers.
- Completing post duties.
- Scanning.
- Photocopying.
- Filing.
- General administrative duties.
Personal Qualities :
- Good initiative.
- Confident.
- Punctual.
- Team Worker.
Skills Required :
- Communication Skills.
- Computer Literate.
Future Prospects : There is potential to progress to a more senior role within the office team
or move within to the accounts team and train towards being an accountant.
