Job Description
Job duties will involve:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries
- Being aware of details needed from clients to help the team advise on suitable products
- Being aware of any inconsistencies with customer information and querying this with them
- Completing a variety of paperwork
- Administration duties including data entry
- Writing detailed reports and sending them across to clients detailing why you have chosen that specific plan (once more recognised with the role this is a duty you will progress to)
- Helping Para-Planners prepare for meetings
- Providing aftercare and advice to clients and para-planners
It is desirable, not essential, that the ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle, 5 A*-C’s GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths and 3 A*-Cs in A-Levels (or equivalent) in any chosen subjects.
You will also have a strong interest in business and economics. You must also be keen to work towards a business administration qualification.
Training is fully supported via Starting Off and you will attend half a day release once a week.
At the end of the apprenticeship this is an exciting opportunity to take an industry recognised qualification in financial advice.
