Duties/ Responsibilities
The role will entail many different exciting responsibilities and aspects such as:
• Instillation of various Telephone systems
• Fault diagnosis and testing communication systems
• First line and second line support
• Demonstrations to customers on systems
• Cat5 Cabling routing and line switches

Someone with an enthusiastic and professional attitude and a commitment to learning new skills
Skills Required :

• Enthusiasm and passion for IT
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Open to new ideas and learning new skills
Future Prospects : 92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
