Job Description
This will be a varied role providing administration and basic finance support in the Central office.
Your duties will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Undertake typing of routine letters and other documents
- Produce lists and collate information
- Carry out photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing and complete routine forms
- Printing and duplicating a wide variety of documentation
- Distribution of letters
- Inputting purchase orders onto our finance system
- Placing orders by telephone and email
- Scanning of invoices and allocating a barcode
- Ensuring that when invoices / delivery notes are received that they are signed by the relevant budget holder
- Organising refreshments for meeting, break times

Skills Required :
- Confident with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Numerate
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well in a team
Future Prospects : Excellent prospects for the right candidate to progress to a full time position depending on the role, an advanced business administration qualification or an assistant accountancy apprenticeship could be offered.
