Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound customer calls / queries.
- Utilising company CRM system.
- Discussing product / sales options with customers.
- Preparing and progressing sales quotations.
- Ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately.
- Processing of web orders.
- Helping with customer satisfaction monitoring.
- Comparing competitor product pricing.
- Supporting sales colleagues with their everyday tasks.
- Working alongside internal colleagues to provide exceptional service levels to customer.
