Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:




  • Answering inbound customer calls / queries.

  • Utilising company CRM system.

  • Discussing product / sales options with customers.

  • Preparing and progressing sales quotations.

  • Ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately.

  • Processing of web orders.

  • Helping with customer satisfaction monitoring.

  • Comparing competitor product pricing.

  • Supporting sales colleagues with their everyday tasks.

  • Working alongside internal colleagues to provide exceptional service levels to customer.
