Job Description
- To ensure that all our customer orders for windows and doors are batched correctly and distributed to the factory in a timely manner to enable them to be manufactured as required by the Production Manager
- To ensure that the paperwork produced for each job is stored and kept safe, reducing the issues in respect of missing paperwork.
- To liaise with the Sales Order Processing team to produce new paperwork where required;
- To ensure that that urgent jobs are sent immediately to the Production Manager or Supervisor to be manufactured
- To ensure all fax requests are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
- To support the Customer Services department and develop customer service skills
- To respond to email, fax and telephone communication in a professional, timely and efficient manner
- To liaise either in person or via email or telephone with the relevant internal departments to ensure that the dealers orders can be fulfilled
- To liaise via email or telephone with external suppliers to order any non-stock extra parts as requested by the dealers;
- To ensure that roof and glass parts are despatched from the supplier directly to the customers
- Any other reasonable duty that may be assigned.
