Job Description
The role will include.
- To facilitate drop in and outreach sessions
- Actively extend the awareness and use of the servicesincluding working constructively with partners in the NHS, local authority and other voluntary sector services
- To maintain relevant knowledge of legislative developments affecting service usersl
- To be an active team member contributing to the continuous development of the service
- To make sure all cases are dealt with in accordance with our policies and codes of practice

Skills Required :
- Ability to work on your own
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal), including the production of written reports.
