Job Description

DUTIES:




  • Handling Client queries via telephone and email

  • Filing, copying and printing

  • Typing up documents, letters and emails

  • Distributing or dealing with post

  • Using the telephone and passing on calls or taking messages



You may also be involved in Reception Duties such as:




  • Greeting, and looking after visitors

  • Maintaining computer records or databases

  • Using office equipment including computers, printers and photocopiers

  • Working closely with other staff that may require your assistance with general admin tasks



Any other tasks or projects that come up from time to time.


Personal Qualities :

  • Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking. 

  • Able to work as part of a team and individually.

  • Able to liase and report to manager.



Skills Required :

  • Ability to use Microsoft packages

  • Good telephone skills

  • Must be polite

  • Able to use own initiatives

  • Good organisational skills

  • Willing to learn new skills



Future Prospects : Permanent position available on successful completion of the Apprenticeship
