Job Description
DUTIES:
- Handling Client queries via telephone and email
- Filing, copying and printing
- Typing up documents, letters and emails
- Distributing or dealing with post
- Using the telephone and passing on calls or taking messages
You may also be involved in Reception Duties such as:
- Greeting, and looking after visitors
- Maintaining computer records or databases
- Using office equipment including computers, printers and photocopiers
- Working closely with other staff that may require your assistance with general admin tasks
Any other tasks or projects that come up from time to time.
Personal Qualities :
- Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Able to work as part of a team and individually.
- Able to liase and report to manager.
Skills Required :
- Ability to use Microsoft packages
- Good telephone skills
- Must be polite
- Able to use own initiatives
- Good organisational skills
- Willing to learn new skills
