Job Description
As an Accessibility Apprentice, you will:
- Be involved in audit, advising and developing solutions to ensure an accessible and inclusive experience, whilst supporting users;
- Provide technical guidance for implementing accessible practices
- Liaise with clients to implement accessible solutions
- Provide guidance on assistive technologies.
It’s a dynamic and constantly changing area, where you’ll learn how to adapt while taking on new technical challenges every day.
The apprenticeship will blend on the job experience, face to face workshops and online learning, leading to:
Advanced Apprenticeship Software Development Technician L3 (equivalent to A level educational level)
Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer (Java track)
Microsoft MTA Software Development Fundamentals (C# track)
BCS Systems Development Essentials
