Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Barnet
Prospero are working with a mainstream, Primary school located in Barnet who are actively seeking a behaviour mentor to support the learning and engagement of the students.
Someone who is able to build a positive relationship with students, someone who is able to engage and motivate students to learn and make positive progress.
The ideal Behaviour for Learning Mentor will have excellent inter personal and organisational skills are required.
You will also need to have an understanding of social and welfare issues both inside and outside the school.
You will need to have the ability to empathise with others and work effectively with students from a range of social, economic and ethnic backgrounds.
