KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities in this role will involve:
- Using job sites to key word search and source candidates for multiple roles
- Matching candidates to roles using search criteria
- Support the recruitment process
- Researching candidates for recruitment purposes
- Using and maintaining client relationship management system
- Researching candidates through social media networking
- Pre-selecting candidates
- Maintain all social media sites
- Update all online job boards
- Develop working relationships with colleagues
- Understanding the recruitment industry
- Working towards building and maintaining relationships with candidates
- Providing administration support to all staff in the office.

- The ability to work in a professional setting and learn skills
- Work well as part of a team and excellent communication skills
- Confident in building relationships
- Keen to work hard and build a career in the recruitment industry.

Future Prospects : There is an excellent opportunity for the apprentice to progress in to a permanent position in the company.
Following the intermediate apprenticeship the apprentice will have the opportunity to progress on to an advanced apprenticeship with Interserve.
