Job Description
Daily Responsibilities / Activities:
- Generating lender documentation for signing.
- To Package and submit all legal documentation and customer proofs for processing in line with the lenders specifications, in an accurate and timely manner.
- To perform Quality Assurance calls to ensure all customers have been treated fairly
- To assist dealers and customers in document error resolution.
- General housekeeping in terms of preparing Dealer set ups for review with lenders and disposing of confidential waste.
- Administering payout advice logs.
Customer Service:
- To consistently provide professional customer service to internal and external customers and maintain a high level of accuracy and meet all service standards as required.
- Understand Data Protection and who our customers are.
- Full understanding of Operational SLA’s in order to deliver on customer service.
