- Answering telephone calls
- Updating our rostering system on a day to day basis
- Support the organisation by ensuring access to all systems and databases
- Work closely with the operational team on new projects, helping to improve store performance and the overall customer experience We'd like you to demonstrate
- Excellent organisational skills with an eagerness to learn
- The ability to work both on your own and to form relationships as part of a wider team
- Strong communication skills
- You will be working with the company IT systems, so excellent IT skills are essential
- On top of your duties, you will be utilised by management to assist with management tasking's, site inspections and other ad hoc duties when required.
