Support Worker Apprentice

You will be trained on day to day duties, these include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting service users with day-to-day tasks such as housework, shopping, cooking, cleaning, managing finances.


• Personal care may feature. This could mean assisting with using the toilet, bathing and showering.


• Ensuring service users are safe and well, whilst enabling choices at all times.


• Accompanying service users out of the service as they attend hobbies, part time jobs, college, shopping trips, etc.


• Attending training as required.


• Working shifts throughout the working week (Monday-Sunday 5 x 8 hour shifts with 30 minute unpaid lunch)
