Job Description
Office Administrator Apprentice required to help and support the Office Manager with day to day jobs, including:
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking messages and calling customers
- Handling Incoming/ Outgoing Post
- Filing
- Managing Customer's Job Bookings
- Creating Business Documents Using Word, Outlook & Excel
- Sending Quotes and Invoices
- Replying to emails
- General office duties
Full training and support will be provided although some Customer Service experience would be an advantage.
