The role will include:
- Serving customers.
- Basic cooking.
- Sandwich preparation.
- Maintaining food displays.
- Adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Using the dry griddle and oven with full instruction and supervision.
- Cleaning and washing up.
- Replacing packaging and consumables.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal efficiently with patrons, co-workers and general public.
- Maintain constant consciousness of sanitation, safety and accident prevention.
- Cash handling and transactions.
- Being capable of learning how to take orders quickly and cheerfully, ensuring that order is produced speedily.
The Apprenticeship training for this vacancy will be provided by Runshaw College. As this is a funded Apprenticeship programme it is not open to candidates who have already achieved a hospitality qualification at Level 4 or above.
