Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a really exciting opportunity across our region.
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to work as part of our RESTAURANT TEAM. This team will work across AINTREE, CARLISLE and HAYDOCK racecourses (TRANSPORT WILL BE PROVIDED FROM AINTREE) and will be able to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, setting the benchmark for all restaurants in the region. The team will be required to attend the majority of major racing fixtures across the three Jockey Club racecourses so commitment to these dates is very important in order to be considered. Only applicants over the age of 18 years old will be considered due to working hours and travel to other venues.
We are offering:
• Competitive starting rate of pay at £8 per hour, increasing to £8.50 per hour (after 6 months) and £9 per hour (after 12 months)
• Attractive incentive bonus paid at the end of the year based on KPI’s
• Bespoke training in fine dining and wine knowledge
• 63 race days across the year as well as bespoke events held at each of the racecourses (full calendar year)

REGIONAL RACING CALENDAR DATES REMAINING FROM OCTOBER TO DECEMBER ONWARDS *** You need to be able to commit to 90% of these dates in the calendar racing dates in order to be considered for this role (which equates to 57 out of 63 race days PER ANNUM ). More fixtures will appear on this list for 2018.
