Job Description


  • The suitable applicant will be responsible for:

  • Drafts, formats, and printing relevant documents

  • Interact with other staff on a daily basis

  • Create agendas and take meeting notes

  • Assist with case work

  • Assist with telephone and counter enquiries

  • Assist with the management of outgoing post and record data

  • Photocopy files and appropriate documents as needed

  • Attend workshops and conferences when requested

  • Assist with website functions and social media profiles.


Personal Qualities :

The ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team and be respectful to team members at all times. Be an excellent communicator at all levels, via telephone and face to face. Be able to use their own initiative.
