Job Description
- The suitable applicant will be responsible for:
- Drafts, formats, and printing relevant documents
- Interact with other staff on a daily basis
- Create agendas and take meeting notes
- Assist with case work
- Assist with telephone and counter enquiries
- Assist with the management of outgoing post and record data
- Photocopy files and appropriate documents as needed
- Attend workshops and conferences when requested
- Assist with website functions and social media profiles.
Personal Qualities :
The ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team and be respectful to team members at all times. Be an excellent communicator at all levels, via telephone and face to face. Be able to use their own initiative.
